1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Coast to Creek Rentals website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
  • The maximum number of guests must not exceed the listed occupancy for the property.
  • Accurate guest information must be provided at the time of booking.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Additional fees such as cleaning fees, pet fees, or taxes may apply and will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed on each listing page during the booking process. Please review the specific cancellation terms for your selected property before completing your reservation. Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is not guaranteed.
  • Guests are responsible for returning all keys, remotes, and access devices upon check-out.

6. Property Rules

  • Guests must comply with all house rules provided for the property.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside all properties.
  • Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties. A pet fee may apply.
  • Events and parties are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.

7. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Coast to Creek Rentals reserves the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement costs. Coast to Creek Rentals is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal property, or any inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, utility outages, or acts of nature.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
