What We Do
We market and manage your property as part of our own portfolio. You’ll get access to your booking calendar and monthly owner statements outlining performance.
All short-term rental revenue is processed through Coast to Creek Rentals, with profits distributed monthly after fees and expenses. Owners are responsible for furnishing, but we’re happy to help source and install furnishings as an optional service.

How Do We Handle Rent Collection?

For long-term rentals, we use DoorLoop, a complete property management platform for applications, tenant screenings, rent collection, and accounting.

For short-term rentals, we rely on all-in-one vacation rental software to manage automation, guest communication, financial reporting, and owner statements. We handle all payment processing and guest transactions.
Property Management Fees
Long-Term Rentals: 12–15% of monthly rent
Short-Term Rentals: 20% of owner payout after fees
