The Space
This is a beautiful tiny home has a loft with 1 bathroom and a pullout couch to be able to comfortably sleep 4. Please note the details below about the stairs and the loft. - The staircase is steep and 23 inches wide between the railing - From the floor to ceiling in the loft it’s 41 inches - From the top of the bed to the ceiling in the loft is 29 inches
The Neighborhood
Sandy Toes tiny home is located on the south side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 300 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer.

House Rules
Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast. There are three other tiny homes and one main house on this lot. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
