Welcome to The Seahorse. Centrally located in downtown Hampton Beach! Only 1 block from the ocean. Right near the main boardwalk with great shops, beaches, parks, restaurants and some great entertainment. This is a private cottage offering 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. You also get own private porch. Come relax in your home away from home.

The Space

This is private cottages less than 500 feet from the beach offering 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms has a full-size bed. The Seahorse has parking for 2 normal or smaller sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. WHAT WE PROVIDE 🛏 Linens & Towels • Full sheet set and comforter for every bed • 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest • 1 beach towel per guest • 3 hand towels 🍳 Kitchen • Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals • Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided 🏖 Beach Gear • Beach towel for each guest • Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon • Sand toys for the little ones 🧳 PLEASE PLAN TO BRING • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Coffee creamer and sugar • Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied 📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.

The Neighborhood

The Seahorse is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.

House Rules

AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Children and families are welcome. Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm.  Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized animals will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fee in addition to any damage costs. Service animals are always welcome — just let us know before your stay. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
