You also get own private porch. Come relax in your home away from home.

The Neighborhood
The Sand Bar is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.

House Rules
AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Children and families are welcome. Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.

“This was a very enjoyable space for a family of 3 with a family of 2. It was just what we needed for a night getaway to the beach. Short walk off the main road. We didn't have to deal with the traffic on the main Rd. It was tucked away and a little tricky to find.”

“Overall the cottage was very cute, clean and steps away from beach and boardwalk. That was the selling point! The deck was nice and they provided a wagon and chairs for the beach so we didn’t have to bring our own. They had a clothing rack too which was nice, but it was still in the box so we were too lazy to put it together ourselves. The one small struggle we had was there is minimal counter and no storage space in the kitchen. You can see it from the pictures but in use, we found it to be difficult to cook and had no space to store any food etc. same with the bathroom. Nowhere to put toothbrushes, tissues etc. Again we knew what we were getting from the pictures, so no fault of the owners, however in practice, it wasn’t ideal. The hooks behind the doors in the bedrooms were nice and helpful. Our friends stayed in another unit on the property and they didn’t have hooks. It was very nice to have in this unit. Overall if you want a small, cute place very close to the beach,”

“The cottage was extremely clean, great location and easy parking for our unit. Hosts kept in contact and responded quickly. Recently renovated, everything looked great! Sounds silly, but having a long hot shower in a cottage has never happened for me but there was plenty of hot water and it was great. We will definitely stay again”
