You also get own private porch. Come relax in your home away from home.

The Neighborhood
Clam Cove is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.

House Rules
AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Children and families are welcome. Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.

“Our family had a great stay over Fourth of July. The property was clean and perfect for a short stay. The bedrooms were small but very comfortable. Close to the beach and good A/C. The property is very close to the street which was a bit noisy, but that was to be expected on a busy weekend in the summer. Would stay again.”

“Such a cute little beach house! We only stayed for one night for a concert at Wally’s, but it was perfect. Walkable distance to a really nice coffee shop Flamingos, and walkable to the beach and boardwalk. Super clean, nicely updated, and had everything we needed. The host was really responsive and made everything so easy. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Our weekend away was perfect thanks to Coast to Creek Hampton Beach! This area is full of hotels however, we wanted a space where we could feel "at home" and this spot provided exactly that! From the easy check in to the beautiful decor, everything was lovely. Huge thank you to the host for also providing great amenities including beach supplies and kitchenware for cooking!
