The Space

Our cozy studio apartment is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. Parking is a 2-3 minute walk from the unit. Parking is NOT at the building. If this is a problem for you, please don’t rent this unit. There is a full-size bed. It's equipped with all the essentials to ensure your stay is comfortable and stress-free. Plus, we provide beach gear so you can fully enjoy the gorgeous beach just a short walk away. Forgot to pack something? Don't worry, we've got you covered. WHAT WE PROVIDE 🛏 Linens & Towels • Full sheet set and comforter for every bed • 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest • 1 beach towel per guest • 3 hand towels 🍳 Kitchen • Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals • Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided 🏖 Beach Gear • Beach towel for each guest • Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon • Sand toys for the little ones 🧳 PLEASE PLAN TO BRING • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Coffee creamer and sugar • Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied 📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.

The Neighborhood

The Stuffed Quahog is located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. It is less than a 950 foot walk to Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. Please note that this property is located in the heart of Hampton Beach. As such, weather conditions, tides, and other natural events are outside of our control. We are unable to provide refunds, discounts, or other compensation due to inclement weather, flooding, unusually high tides, or related circumstances. The property is located in an area where occasional street flooding may occur during periods of heavy rainfall and/or exceptionally high tides. This condition is caused by drainage limitations and roadway grading on the town-maintained street. While water may temporarily accumulate on portions of the roadway, it has not impacted the property itself or reached the driveway. If standing water is present on the street, guests walking to and from the property should be prepared with appropriate footwear, as conditions may result in wet feet. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to monitor local weather conditions during their stay.

House Rules

AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Children and families are welcome. Please treat our home like it's your own. There are two other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized animals will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fee in addition to any damage costs. Service animals are always welcome — just let us know before your stay. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front. All recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
