Welcome to Barnacle Bay. Your home away from home. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Walk to the beach and all the entertainment, restaurants right from your front door. Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. We provide all of your basic essentials including beach gear - beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon included. Spend the day at the beautiful beach and come home and relax in your cozy home away from home.

The Neighborhood
Barnacle Bay is located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. It is less than a 950 foot walk to Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. Please note that this property is located in the heart of Hampton Beach. As such, weather conditions, tides, and other natural events are outside of our control. We are unable to provide refunds, discounts, or other compensation due to inclement weather, flooding, unusually high tides, or related circumstances. The property is located in an area where occasional street flooding may occur during periods of heavy rainfall and/or exceptionally high tides. This condition is caused by drainage limitations and roadway grading on the town-maintained street. While water may temporarily accumulate on portions of the roadway, it has not impacted the property itself or reached the driveway. If standing water is present on the street, guests walking to and from the property should be prepared with appropriate footwear, as conditions may result in wet feet. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to monitor local weather conditions during their stay.

House Rules
AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Children and families are welcome. Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are two other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.

“It was a nice quaint cottage, clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen and AC for the hot days. We could walk to beach, restaurants and stores. The few draw backs were that there was no parking on the property for us. We had to drop off our things and elder father then park car around the corner. The parking area was next to a marsh that would get flooded in some areas from evening high tide. There was no closet or luggage rack in the rooms for storage. Otherwise great location stay in order to visit Main lighthouses, Salem and Boston.”

“We can't thank the hosts enough for coming through for our family. We had originally booked a different Airbnb in the same area, but when we arrived it was in terrible condition. It smelled awful, there were extension cords running throughout the property, and the shower was literally held together with duct tape. We knew we couldn't stay there. Thankfully, we found this Airbnb, and it completely turned our trip around. The home was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process stress-free, even on such short notice. Because of them, our family was able to relax and actually enjoy our vacation instead of worrying about where we were going to stay. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and family-friendly place to stay!”
