Welcome to Barnacle Bay. Your home away from home. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Walk to the beach and all the entertainment, restaurants right from your front door. Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. We provide all of your basic essentials including beach gear - beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon included. Spend the day at the beautiful beach and come home and relax in your cozy home away from home.

The Neighborhood

Barnacle Bay is located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. It is less than a 950 foot walk to Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer.

House Rules

Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm.  Pet rules: - No pets on furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) to maintain cleanliness. - Clean up after your pet immediately—inside and out. Supplies provided; vacuum fur before checkout. - Never leave pets unattended in the property. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
