The Space
Riptide Retreat is a 2 bedroom suite. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other. There is a full kitchen, and bathroom. You have a private porch to enjoy as well!

Riptide Retreat is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding, walks, etc.

House Rules
Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Pet rules: - No pets on furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) to maintain cleanliness. - Clean up after your pet immediately—inside and out. Supplies provided; vacuum fur before checkout. - Never leave pets unattended in the property. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
