This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath suite is ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy the best of the New Hampshire Seacoast. Just a short walk across the bridge brings you to the vibrant Hampton Beach boardwalk, where you’ll find local restaurants, live entertainment, and plenty of seaside charm.
The Space
Riptide Retreat is a 2 bedroom suite. There is a full size bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other. There is a full kitchen, and bathroom. You have a private porch to enjoy as well! WHAT WE PROVIDE 🛏 Linens & Towels • Full sheet set and comforter for every bed • 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest • 1 beach towel per guest • 3 hand towels 🍳 Kitchen • Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals • Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided 🏖 Beach Gear • Beach towel for each guest • Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon • Sand toys for the little ones 🧳 PLEASE PLAN TO BRING • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Coffee creamer and sugar • Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied 📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.

Riptide Retreat is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding, walks, etc.

House Rules
AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Children and families are welcome. Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized animals will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fee in addition to any damage costs. Service animals are always welcome — just let us know before your stay. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.

“Great place to stay. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Hampton beach board walk but with the option of walking to a more private community beach (seabrook beach). Seabrook beach is absolutely beautiful and only about a 5 minute walk. They had a beach wagon that made the walk super easy! House was cute and bed was comfortable. We would book again!”

“Overall we were glad we had the space, and here are some thoughts for future consideration: Positives - available with short notice, clean and cosy, easy entry/exit, essentials supplied like paper goods, sheets, towels, and climate was well maintained. The hosts were pros at proactive communication so logistics were a breeze. Cons: you can hear and feel movement from the unit above, such as footsteps and creaks and they were up at 12a and 5a. The bunk bed was fine for my daughter, but the double was very squeaky/loud. Not the fault of the owners, but there is a house light next door that shines right into the room with the double bed all night. I appreciated the space, the available amenities/goods, and the friendly hosts, but I didn’t sleep well. If I were to book again, I’d look into booking the 3rd floor and add some blackout curtains.”
