Welcome to The Fleet – Your Coastal Getaway in the Heart of Hampton Beach! Stay just one block from the ocean in this spacious and centrally located retreat, right in the heart of downtown Hampton Beach. You'll be steps away from the boardwalk, with easy access to sandy beaches, charming shops, scenic parks, delicious restaurants, and exciting local entertainment.

Across the whole home there are 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 3 full-size beds and 2 twin beds. WHAT WE PROVIDE 🛏 Linens & Towels • Full sheet set and comforter for every bed • 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest • 1 beach towel per guest • 3 hand towels 🍳 Kitchen • Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals • Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided 🏖 Beach Gear • Beach towel for each guest • Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon • Sand toys for the little ones 🧳 PLEASE PLAN TO BRING • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Coffee creamer and sugar • Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied 📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.

The Neighborhood

The Fleet is located on a dead end quiet street. We are 500 feet from Ocean Blvd which is the main boardwalk for downtown Hampton. The ocean is also right across the street from us.

House Rules

AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. Children and families are welcome. Please treat our home like it's your own. Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized animals will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fee in addition to any damage costs. Service animals are always welcome — just let us know before your stay. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front. All recyclables go in the green bins out back.  Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.  Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
