The Space
This is a 2 bedroom suite 2 full bathroom suite. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other. There is a full kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, and a washer and a dryer.
The Neighborhood
The Whale Spout is located on a dead end quiet street in downtown Hampton Beach. We are 500 feet from Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.

House Rules
Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are two other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front. All recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
