The alpine suite is located on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs to get to the suite. There is one queen bed, an air mattress and pack n play for additional guests.

House Rules

Please treat our home like it's your own, and be courteous of the tenants downstairs. This is their home. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Guests should put their trash in dumpster outside in the parking lot. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
