We have winter rentals available from November 1st 2025 through the end of April 2026. All of our monthly rates include all utilities and Wi-Fi. We do require a background check, credit check (which does come with a $50 fee) and a non-refundable deposit which turns into your security deposit to hold any unit. This deposit will be returned upon departure of the unit. All monthly rent payments are done online through DoorLoop which is the portal we use for managing payments. Unfortunately we do not allow pets, or smoking! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all!

These three units share a single driveway, but there is plenty of easy street parking during the off season. Just make sure you follow town guidelines for plowing, etc.

During the off season it's generally pretty easy to find parking nearby. However, we can only guarantee a single spot for each of the units below. Please make sure you follow town guidelines for plowing, etc.

There is a laundromat called Beach Bubbles that is less than 1 minute away from this building to make doing laundry super easy.
